Nova Scotia’s highest honours in workplace health and safety were handed out today at the sixth annual Mainstay Awards by the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education Kelly Regan and Workers’ Compensation Board CEO Stuart MacLean.

This winter has brought some incredible weather to Nova Scotia - snow, freezing rain, rain, flash freezes, and all the above put together.

Nova Scotia is becoming a safer place to work. That’s something to celebrate during NAOSH Week. But it’s also a call to action to do more.
