Hazard Identification and Control

All types of work have hazards, but by learning to recognize and control hazards, we're making sure we don't allow unsafe workplace situations, and occupational injury and illness to become accepted as a part of our working lives.

Section 28 of the Nova Scotia OHS Act is an important starting point when discussing legislated requirements for hazard identification and control.
